If you also want to improve sperm, zinc, vitamin B complex, vitamin E and Omega 3 are great supplements. You should ask your doctor before you start on any of these though. It might not be safe to take everything together.
Also, keep in mind that it takes three months for semen to completely renew. So you might just need to wait longer to see the effects of your multivitamin. If after three months, there are no changes, you should see a doctor because there might be another underlying cause.
