Choosing the best herbal treatment for premature ejaculation is often a matter of trial and error, and it may take some time to find the remedy that works best in an individual situation. Some of the most frequently used herbs for this condition include clove oil, winter cherry, and ginkgo biloba. Additional supplements that may be beneficial in the herbal treatment for premature ejaculation include Asian ginseng and passion flower. Before using an herbal treatment to help with premature ejaculation, a doctor should be consulted to make sure there are no underlying health concerns and to discuss the possible side effects and medication interactions of herbal supplements.

Clove oil is a highly popular herbal treatment for premature ejaculation and is used as a topical preparation. While the effectiveness of this remedy is controversial, clove oil is thought to have a slight numbing effect on the penis, which may help to boost stamina and slow orgasm times. Some people who use this oil may experience mild to severe allergic reactions, so caution should be used before applying products containing this herb to the penis.

Winter cherry, also known as Indian ginseng, has been used for centuries to treat male reproductive issues such as premature ejaculation. This herb is believed to increase stamina, improve the quality of erections, and boost libido. There are no known side effects associated with the use of winter cheery, but any new or bothersome symptoms that develop after beginning treatment with this herb should be reported to a doctor for further evaluation.

Ginkgo biloba and Asian ginseng are sometimes used to treat premature ejaculation. Regular use of ginkgo biloba is thought to improve blood flow to the penis and may prolong erections. Side effects may include headaches, stomach upset, and muscle weakness, especially when taken in large doses. Asian ginseng is also thought to help maintain an erection, although it may cause insomnia for some people.

Passion flower is a frequently used herbal treatment for premature ejaculation. Chronic stress or anxiety is often a contributing factor for this condition, and passion flower supplements can help to calm the nerves and relieve anxiety. Blood vessel inflammation, dizziness, and irregular heartbeat are potential side effects of this supplement.

Premature ejaculation can sometimes be caused by serious medical conditions, such as nerve damage or prostate problems. For this reason, a doctor should be consulted before choosing an herbal treatment for premature ejaculation. In most cases, these natural remedies can be safely added to an overall treatment program, but herbal supplements should not be used as a substitute for proper medical care.

Dong quai and maca are great herbs for premature ejaculation. Horny goat weed is another one. There are also herbs out there that can help re-balance hormones if this is the cause of premature ejaculation.

I think that herbs in general can treat this problem but there are situations where they may not be enough. For example, if someone is experiencing premature ejaculation due to anxiety, sexual health herbs may not be all that helpful. A herb that promotes relaxation might be more helpful in that case. Herbal teas like chamomile, lemon balm and passionflower may be used.

@ddljohn-- Yes, I use homeopathy. My doctor, who is licensed in homeopathy, prescribed a remedy for me. It's a combination of several different remedies like selenium, calcium carbonate and zinc.

If you want to try homeopathy, you must see a doctor about it. A physical and psychological examination is a must first. Everyone is not treated the same way.

But I do recommend homeopathy because it is working for me. I'm seeing a 50% improvement in my condition and it has only been a few weeks. In addition to the medication, I'm also doing yoga and meditation. I'm sure these are helping as well.

Has anyone here tried homeopathy for premature ejaculation? Which homeopathic minerals, herbs and compounds are effective?
