I found that just growing older helped with my body odor issues. When I was a teenager, I'd stay sweaty and oily almost all of the time. I would take two or three showers a day and still get a bad case of B.O. It stayed that way until I reached my mid 20s and my skin seemed to change. Regular soaps and deodorants stayed effective longer, I think. Sometimes body odor can be caused by hormones, I guess.

I used to have a problem with body odor during my work shift because the dock wasn't air conditioned and I got really sweaty. By the middle of the afternoon, I was smelling pretty bad. Sometimes I'd change into a different work shirt if it got too bad, but it wasn't much of a fix.

One thing I did that worked was change my shower time at home. I used to shower at night before I went to bed, but that meant I was unwashed for at least eight hours before going to work. I started taking a shower in the morning instead, which meant I was going to work much cleaner. I was still sweating, but I didn't develop the strong body odor I used to get.
