@ Parmnparsley - Besides changing your diet, lifestyle changes can help to raise testosterone levels. Exercise, sex, adequate sleep, and reducing stress can all raise your test levels. These lifestyle considerations all lead to reduced levels of cortisol. The more cortisol produced the less testosterone produced. Hormone levels will change with age, and changes in lifestyle. Maintain a healthy diet, making good lifestyle choices, and regular exercise will ensure that the body stays balanced.

Changing ones diet is the easiest way to influence testosterone levels. Soy isoflavones are often touted as a way to increase estrogen levels (although the true effects of soy on estrogen levels are still being hotly debated), so reducing soy consumption can help to increase testosterone. This may not be as easy as you may think because soy is often an additive in processed foods. You can't just cut tofu and edamame from your diet and expect that to make a big difference.

Reducing saturated fats and replacing them with mono saturated fats like olive oil, flax seed oil, and avocado can help to boost testosterone production. Diets rich in cauliflower, broccoli, eggs, and Brussels sprouts can also lead to increased testosterone production. These foods are key to maintaining hormonal balance in the body.
