Cupcakes could also contain zebra stripes, although it might not be possible to add wide stripes to the top of one of these treats.

Some people like to add filling to zebra print cakes, especially when making one for a party. Fillings that that stick to the black and white color theme are popular, so crème fillings and chocolate sandwich cookies are often used in this manner. I am a little embarrassed to admit this but I absolutely love the zebra striped Hostess snack cakes. I know that they are terrible for you and that you can leave one in the sun and it will not go bad but that doesn't stop me from eating them.
